You can order online or via the CleanCloud mobile app, available on iOS and Android. Simply enter your address for our nearest dry cleaner or ironing service, select your collection/delivery date, and place your order. The delivery person will come to your home to collect your laundry.
After checking the order, you will receive a notification with your invoice to pay online.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Your laundry will be delivered to you on the day and time you indicated when ordering.

Edit your customer account information such as your name, email address, phone number, whenever you want by following these steps:
1. After you log in

Change your delivery address information whenever you want by following these steps: Important : If you have an order in progress, for which you wish to change the address, you must contact us directly by email, phone or SMS , so that the delivery person has the information quickly. The simple change in your account will not be effective for the order already in progress.

It is of course possible to benefit from the recurrence of our service without a subscription or commitment.
If you would like to schedule our delivery person to come at a fixed time every week/fortnight or month, there is no need to enter orders one by one in your customer area.
Contact us by email or telephone, specifying the days and times you would like these visits to be scheduled (collection day-time / delivery day-time).
If you wish to delete/cancel/suspend one or more passages, during the holidays for example, you just need to send us an email at least 12 hours in advance.
Prepare the laundry in any bags (like shopping bags or totes: examples) by separating the laundry according to the services you want (put a post-it or a card in the bag with these instructions): ironing, cleaning, on hangers or folded for shirts, etc. Prepare the shirts and laundry individually so that they can be quickly counted and noted by the delivery person. Upon return, your laundry will be delivered to you folded or on hangers, all filmed.
Unfortunately, it would be too complicated for us to track which hangers belong to which customer.
Give us your laundry without a bag or personal item that you absolutely want to collect (e.g. cufflinks, removable collar stays, etc.)
If you have placed an order and would like to track its status, you can do so through your customer account.

Do you want to add or remove items from your order before the delivery person arrives?

Complaints must be made at the time of delivery of the item and must result in the establishment of an amicable report, completed and signed jointly by the delivery person and the customer.
If the complaint cannot be made upon delivery, it must be made in writing to customer service within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery. Any complaint beyond this time will be inadmissible.
Despite all the care taken in treating your laundry, an oversight or an item may be damaged during cleaning. You must notify us or contact the partner within 24 hours in writing so that the missing item can be found. A lost/broken button, glued parts or sewn accessories cannot give rise to a refund, repair or compensation. If a garment is damaged and the partner is responsible, an amicable agreement or refund will be made according to the dry cleaning compensation scale (see the dry cleaning compensation scale available in our T&Cs).
In the event of an unsatisfactory service, please email us your complaint within 24 hours, along with a photo of the item(s) in question. This will allow us to act quickly and offer to redo the service.
Send us your request by email, we will send you your invoice in PDF format by return email.
The invoice will be sent to you by email within 24 to 48 hours after collection of your laundry.
If your bank card is registered in your customer account, you do not need to do anything; it will be automatically debited to settle your invoice.
We do not provide quotes for insurance companies or other organizations seeking reimbursement or compensation for their clients.

If you use the service for cleaning or washing clothes (following water damage, for example), an invoice will be sent to you by email with full details of the cleaning, washing and ironing services.
Afin d’assurer la rentabilité et la pérennité du service, nous conditionnons notre intervention à un montant minimum à facturer par commande. Ce montant minimum est indiqué sur le descriptif de chaque secteur (compris généralement entre 15€ et 35€ selon les zones). Each workshop is free to set its prices, discounts and reductions
Prices are expressed inclusive of VAT, per item or per kilo
For laundry by the kilo, your laundry will be weighed in the workshop once collected and the weight will be indicated on your invoice rounded up to the nearest kilo.
The following elements allow you to justify the difference in prices between 2 sectors according to the workshop's costs (rent, salary costs for delivery driver and workshop employees, etc.)
As a guide, you will find on this page the approximate weight of laundry that can be contained in everyday bags.
You will be charged delivery fees in the following 3 cases:
- If your order does not reach the free threshold
- If you are absent when our delivery person comes to collect and/or deliver your order
- If you cancel or postpone the collection or delivery less than one hour before the scheduled slot
To avoid any misunderstanding, please contact us as soon as possible to report a postponement or cancellation.
Are you expecting a refund from us?
If it has been agreed that this will be credited to your bank card, after receipt of our order confirmation email, the time for the transaction to appear on your bank statement is 5 to 10 days.
Following a change in legislation, tax credits and payment by CESU cannot be accepted for services because ironing is not carried out in your home.

We promise to ensure that your laundry is handled separately and never mixed with that of other customers during transport, machine washing or ironing.
Except for dry cleaning, as it is not possible to clean only one item in the machine. Therefore, cleaning a suit or dress, for example, will be done together.
Some partners offer cleaning of curtains, sofa covers, carpets and leather clothing (e.g. leather)
These are services for which additional processing time is required:
> 3 to 4 days for curtains and sofa covers
> 10 to 15 days for carpets and leather clothing
It is important to note that we have reservations about cleaning sofa covers and curtains because these services present a risk of shrinkage or discoloration.
The material and weaving of these pieces are subject to shrinkage upon contact with water or bleeding which may alter the original color.
If your sofa covers come with cushion covers, you will also need to send them to us so that everything is washed together and you do not have a color difference due to bleeding.
We will do our best, but there is no guarantee of success.
The ability to remove stains depends on the type of stain, how long it has been present and whether you have tried to remove it before.
It is best not to attempt to clean the stain yourself and not to wash the garment before bringing it to us.
Remember to report in writing and show the stain to be removed to the delivery person so that the workshop can carry out specific treatment depending on the nature of the stain.

Préparez le linge dans des sacs quelconques (types sac ou cabas de courses) en séparant le linge selon les prestations que vous souhaitez : Repassage , nettoyage, etc. Préparez les chemises et le linge à la pièce afin qu'ils puissent être rapidement comptés et notés par le livreur. Au retour, votre linge vous sera livré plié ou sur cintre, le tout filmé.

Même remarque pour le nettoyage et pliage d'un pull - Le repassage: le repassage d'une petite robe à volants, à tulles ou autres détails fantaisies neccessitera autant voir plus de temps qu'une robe de femme adulte.
